We supply standardized units and custom-engineered capacities from our Varanasi facility.
Wet scrubbers are effective air pollution control devices for removing particles and gases from industrial exhaust streams. They operate by introducing the dirty gas stream to a scrubbing liquid, typically water, so particulate or gaseous pollutants are collected in the liquid.
Wet scrubbers are generally the most appropriate air pollution control device for collecting both particulate and gas in a single system. System design considers process operating variables to select the right size and type.
Typical systems consist of a scrubbing vessel, ductwork and fan system, mist eliminator, pumping and possible recycle system, spent scrubbing liquid treatment and an exhaust stack. Modern controls monitor the system and make adjustments.
