Product Overview
A hydraulic filter press is an intermittent press filtration device consisting of a frame, filter section, hydraulic device and electrical control section. During operation, the cylinder piston pushes the pressing plate so the filter plates and cloths are pressed tightly, allowing slurry in the filter chamber to be fully pressed and filtered.
The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic station, cylinder, piston and piston rod. The station includes a motor, oil pump, relief valve, reverse valve, pressure gauge and oil tank.
The filter plates are made from reinforced PP, giving high strength, light weight and resistance to corrosion without toxicity or odour.
